These terms and conditions apply to all users of the Korkiya platform. By registering or using Korkiya, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms in full.

Korkiya operates under a license issued by an international gaming authority. These terms are published in both English and Bengali. In the event of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.

To register on Korkiya, you must provide accurate and complete information. Opening an account with false details is a clear violation of Korkiya's policies.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, Korkiya may request a copy of your national ID or other identity documents at any time. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

Every bet placed on Korkiya constitutes a binding agreement. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled, though Cash Out is available under specific conditions.

• All bets are settled based on the official result of the event.
• If an event is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Korkiya reserves the right to void any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• In the event of clearly incorrect odds or data feed errors, Korkiya reserves the right to make corrections.
• In live betting, any bet already confirmed at the time of an internet disconnection will remain valid.

Deposits and withdrawals on Korkiya are available via mobile banking and bank transfer. The minimum deposit is BDT 300 and the minimum withdrawal is BDT 500.

• Deposits are generally credited instantly.
• Withdrawal processing time is 3–30 minutes, though bank verification may take longer.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be restricted or delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be held during an investigation if fraud is suspected.

Korkiya regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own terms and conditions, which must be read before accepting.

• Accepting a bonus means withdrawals are not permitted until the associated rollover requirements have been met.
• Using the same promotion across multiple accounts, IP addresses, or household members is strictly prohibited.
• Placing opposing bets (arbitrage) using bonus funds is strictly prohibited.
• Korkiya reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Where applicable, expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Korkiya platform. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

Korkiya reserves the right to report any suspicious activity to the relevant regulatory authorities.

Korkiya reserves the right to suspend or close accounts without notice in the following circumstances:

• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of a terms violation
• Registering with false or inaccurate information
• KYC Verification Failure or Rejection
• Measures required under applicable laws and regulations
• Access from restricted countries or regions

Users may also contact Korkiya support at any time to close their account. Any valid balance may be withdrawn prior to closure, subject to applicable conditions.
